Affiliate link policy

Wishees is a wishlist and link organization platform. Users may add their own affiliate links or tags where supported, but each user is responsible for their own affiliate-program approval, link use, disclosures, and compliance.

Wishees is not a party to the relationship between users and any marketplace, affiliate network, seller, brand, or affiliate-program provider.

What Wishees does

Wishees helps creators organize and share wishlist links while preserving affiliate links or tags where supported.

User-provided affiliate links

• Use only affiliate links or tags you are authorized to use under each program's terms.
• Follow required disclosures and local rules for each marketplace or network.
• Do not imply Wishees is an official partner of any marketplace unless Wishees states that explicitly.

Marketplace rules control eligibility

Commission eligibility, exclusions, tracking, and payout are controlled by each marketplace or affiliate program. Wishees does not guarantee commission. Check your affiliate dashboard and program terms.

No guaranteed commission

• Eligible purchases may earn commission where a program supports tracking—not every click or gift purchase qualifies.
• Friends, family, and self-benefit purchases may be excluded by program rules (including Amazon Associates).
• Affiliate tags may not survive every redirect, app open, checkout path, or marketplace tracking rule.

Disclosure requirement

Wishlist owners and Wishees may earn from eligible purchases through disclosed affiliate links, at no extra cost to shoppers. Eligibility depends on marketplace and program rules.

Prohibited misuse

• Using Wishees to bypass affiliate-program rules, spam links, or mislead shoppers.
• Implying guaranteed commission, cashback, or official marketplace partnership without authority.
• Coordinated self-purchase or close-circle orders intended to trigger commissions programs exclude.

Wishees enforcement

Wishees may remove or disable non-compliant affiliate links or content. Wishees does not manage or guarantee your relationship with affiliate providers.

Marketplace names

Amazon, eBay, Shopee, Lazada, and other marketplace names belong to their owners. Reference to a program does not imply Wishees is an official partner unless stated.

Your relationship with providers

Users are responsible for their own program accounts, approvals, links, tags, disclosures, compliance, tax obligations, and payout arrangements. Any commission, rejection, clawback, suspension, or dispute is handled under the applicable provider's terms, not by Wishees.
